Slime Adventure is a game I made for my portfolio and it is a 2D side scroller made in Unity using C# once again. 

The player controls a slime through a variety of levels to reach the end. Solving puzzles and platforming challenges. 

The main mechanics of the game revolve around the player character (a slime) being able to consume enemies and gain their powers. This however comes at the cost of having to slime them first. Which costs health for the player. Consuming enemies however restores health so missing enemies may prove fatal.

Another major mechanic is the fact that the players health is directly linked to his size. If the player loses health, he becomes smaller. This lets him move more easily and faster and allows him to pass through small gaps, he is however, more easily killed since he has less health.
